​I began as a Technical Support Team Lead, delivering executive-level IT support for McKesson’s CEO and leadership team, ensuring seamless technology operations during high-stakes periods of change.

​Advancing to Help Desk Manager, I directed IT support for thousands of users across multiple facilities, leading teams to maintain business continuity during system transitions.


​As a Senior IT Manager, I implemented a regional support model across 35 pharmaceutical distribution centers, overseeing strategic technology initiatives that enabled operational scalability.
